collective
Bridge Fund is a collaborative attempt to make the service industry more sustainable over the long haul.
It was established to assist service industry employees in four areas of need: health, housing, transportation, and education.
-
The service industry is a beautiful thing to be a part of, but many of the employees live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford the major bills life will inevitably throw their way. In other words, the service industry life can often be unsustainable, and we want to change that.
-
100% of the funds from Bridge Cards and other initiatives go directly into the Bridge Fund Collective.
Employees apply for assistance and are taken through budget planning and financial coaching. The goal is not just solve the immediate issue, but to create sustainable, long-term, and achievable strategies.
100% of the money in the Bridge Fund goes to employees when they need it for health, housing, transportation, or education.

honoring lindsey
Lindsey and Jason Edwards were instrumental in bringing Bridge City to life and have been incredible supporters since the beginning. Not only did they wholeheartedly support our vision of building value and hope in people through coffee, they consistently sought to build that same value in hope in people in their own lives as well. Even through the extremely challenging 3 years of battle with lung cancer their genuine support and care for those around them never wavered. If anything, somehow it even increased.
On December 13th, 2022, Lindsey passed away. We have felt the weight of this loss in our community, which is reflective of how deeply Lindsey and Jason loved and invested in our people from day one. To say Lindsey made a positive impact on those around her would be a vast understatement. The courage, strength, kindness, compassion, resilience, and faith she modeled will truly reverberate for generations to come. Those of us who knew her are better for it and will do our best to honor her legacy and the values she exemplified so well.
In tandem with Jason, we are working on something incredible that will honor Lindsey’s legacy for years to come. We can’t wait to share that with you as it continues to take more shape.
As Lindsey taught us, whether in ease or difficulty, struggle or success, failure or triumph, be who you are where you are. Never underestimate the positive impact you can have on someone else’s life simply by authentically showing up as only you can.
Lindsey and Jason have chosen the Bridge Fund Collective as one of the organizations they would like to support in her memory. Donations can be received via check.
Checks can be made to the “Bridge Fund Collective” and either dropped off or mailed to:
