About the Coffee

Rio Brilhante has been run by Inácio Urban and his family since the 1980s. Fazenda Rio Brilhante sits within a micro-region called Pantano, which is located in the state of Minas Gerais. Pantano is known for its well-defined seasons, consistent seasonal rain, and overall favorable climate for coffee production. These conditions are ideal for producing natural processed coffees, which represent an average of 80% of the production of the farm. This frutado lot comes from the higher areas of the farm where they have focused on planting cultivars that show the greatest potential in the cup.

Bridge City Coffee — Brazil Classico ☕️🔥
Rating: 4 cups out of 4... because that's all I had before I buzzed myself into orbit
Listen, I met Brazil Classico from Bridge City Coffee in Greenville, SC and we had an instant connection.
The vibe: Medium-dark roast that doesn’t play games. It rolls in smooth, like it owns the room, then hits you with the good stuff:
• Dark chocolate cocoa that tastes like dessert on coffee.
• Roasted almonds giving that cozy, “sweater weather in a mug” energy
• Hazelnut strutting through like it pays rent here
What happened next: I sat down for one cup. Blinked. Suddenly I was 4 cups deep and typing emails at light speed. Daily limit? Maybe not what wrong with a shot of espresso. Worth it? Absolutely.
Final verdict: This coffee is dangerously smooth and fantastically tasty. It’ll seduce your taste buds, ruin your caffeine schedule, and leave you smiling with the jitters. Bridge City, y’all did that.
Would I do it again? Already planning my next 4-cup and a shot “oops” tomorrow. 😎
TL;DR: Tastes like a chocolate-covered nut that learned how to brew itself. 10/10, would break my limit for.
